What Hearth is

Hearth is a private, personal home-management AI assistant operated by Projott LLC. It answers SMS questions from a homeowner about their own property, such as maintenance schedules, home systems, and service vendor contact information. It answers questions from homeowners who have signed up, and sends no marketing or promotional messages.

Information we collect

When you text Hearth, we process your phone number and the content of your messages in order to generate a reply. Message content may be processed by third-party AI model providers to produce responses. Recent conversation history may be retained temporarily to allow follow-up questions to work naturally.

How we use information

Information is used only to answer the questions you send. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for their own purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency and fees

Hearth only replies when you text it first. Message frequency depends entirely on your usage. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
