The service

Hearth is a private SMS-based home-management AI assistant operated by Projott LLC. When you send a text message to the Home Brain number, you will receive an automated informational reply about your property, such as maintenance schedules, home systems, or vendor contact information. If you opt in to text messages, you may also receive maintenance reminders and service schedule updates about your home.

Messaging terms

By texting the Hearth number, you consent to receive automated reply messages at the number you texted from. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Text STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Text HELP for assistance, or contact info@projott.com.
