Hey, I'm Clay. I'm a B2B SaaS Product Manager specializing in Cloud FinOps. I build rate optimization algorithms that help large enterprises significantly reduce their cloud spend. This site is my builder space. It is a log of my hands-on work with AI tooling, automation, and web development. I am based in Houston, TX.
What I'm into
I'm drawn to the gap between "AI can do this" and "AI is actually doing this for a real business." Most of what I build is aimed at closing that gap -- practical tools, useful automation, things that solve real problems.
I also like building in public. The blog is where I write about what I'm learning, and the projects on the homepage are the tangible output.
